Who operates EnParle
EnParle is a communication and social platform operated by Virgile Consulting, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Virgile Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are an agreement between you and Virgile Consulting, LLC.
Welcome to EnParle. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.
01 About EnParle
EnParle is a communication and social platform that enables users to create accounts, communicate with other users, share content, and participate in online communities and conversations. EnParle may introduce, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
02 Eligibility
You may use EnParle only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms and use the Service under the laws applicable to you. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of EnParle complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are under the applicable minimum age for using the Service, you may not create or use an account without any legally required authorization or consent. EnParle is not specifically designed or marketed as a service for children — see our Child Safety Standards for the protections we do apply.
03 Creating an account
Certain EnParle features require an account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, not share your password with unauthorized persons, not impersonate another person or organization, and not create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes. Notify EnParle if you believe your account has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.
04 Usernames and profiles
You may create a profile containing a display name, username, profile photograph, biography, or other information supported by EnParle. You may not use a username, profile, or identity that impersonates another person, misrepresents an affiliation, infringes on another person’s rights, is intentionally deceptive, or contains prohibited or abusive content.
EnParle may restrict or change usernames or profile information that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
05 User content
EnParle allows users to submit, send, receive, store, and share content (“User Content”) — text, messages, photos, videos, audio, files, profile information, and other supported material. You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you have ownership rights in it.
By submitting User Content, you grant EnParle a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except to the extent retention is reasonably necessary for legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
06 Your responsibility for user content
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit or share. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content, it does not knowingly violate applicable law, it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s intellectual property or other rights, and you have obtained any permission required to share content involving other individuals.
EnParle does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of User Content posted by users.
07 Prohibited conduct
You may not use EnParle to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Threaten, harass, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others

09 Spam and commercial abuse
You may not use EnParle to send bulk unsolicited messages, fraudulent offers, phishing messages, malicious links, unauthorized advertising, repeated unwanted promotional communications, or automated spam. EnParle may restrict accounts involved in spam or abusive activity.
10 Intellectual property
The EnParle Service, including its software, branding, logos, designs, graphics, interfaces, text, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to EnParle and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service (except where prohibited by applicable law), redistribute EnParle software, remove proprietary notices, use EnParle trademarks without permission, or create confusingly similar branding.
11 Copyright complaints
If you believe content available through EnParle infringes your copyright, contact us with information sufficient to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, where it appears within the Service, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information provided is accurate.
Send copyright notices to legal@enparle.com. EnParle may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material when appropriate.
12 Reporting and blocking
EnParle provides mechanisms for users to report users, messages, or content, and to block users or restrict unwanted interactions. You agree not to intentionally submit false or malicious reports. EnParle may investigate reports and take appropriate action consistent with these Terms, our Community Guidelines, and applicable law.
13 Enforcement and moderation
EnParle may, but is not obligated to, review or moderate activity and User Content. Depending on the circumstances, EnParle may remove or restrict content, warn users, restrict account functionality, temporarily suspend an account, permanently terminate an account, restrict access to specific features, preserve information when legally required, and report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities when required or appropriate.
EnParle does not guarantee that all prohibited activity will be detected or prevented.
14 Account suspension or termination
You may stop using EnParle at any time. EnParle may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary, including when you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, your account is used for fraud or abuse, your activity creates a security risk or threatens the safety of other users, it is required by law, or your account is associated with repeated serious violations. Where appropriate, EnParle may provide notice and an opportunity to appeal.
15 Appeals
If your account or content is restricted and an appeal process is available, you may submit an appeal using the instructions provided by EnParle, explaining why you believe the action was incorrect. EnParle may review appeals according to its applicable moderation procedures.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, account information, and other associated data, subject to applicable retention requirements. Certain information may be retained for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, protection of users, or legal claims. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices in greater detail.
17 Privacy
Your use of EnParle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how EnParle collects, uses, stores, protects, and deletes information.
18–19 Third-party services and links
EnParle may integrate with or depend upon third-party services, including infrastructure, authentication, cloud storage, analytics, notification, security, and other technology providers, each with their own terms and privacy policies. EnParle is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.
The Service may also contain links to third-party websites or services that EnParle does not control and is not responsible for. Your use of third-party services is governed by their applicable terms.
20–21 Service availability & beta features
We strive to keep EnParle available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability — the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security events, technical failures, network problems, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control. EnParle may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or portions of the Service.
EnParle may also make certain features available as beta, preview, experimental, or early-access functionality. Such features may contain errors or change substantially, and EnParle may discontinue them without notice.
22 No guarantee of user interactions
EnParle does not guarantee the identity, conduct, reliability, or intentions of other users. You are responsible for exercising appropriate judgment when communicating with people through the Service. Do not share sensitive personal information with other users unless you are comfortable doing so. If you believe another user presents a safety risk, use available blocking and reporting tools and contact EnParle support when appropriate.
23–25 Disclaimers, liability & indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnParle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. EnParle does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, be error-free, deliver all communications without delay, ensure all User Content is accurate, satisfy every user’s particular requirements, or be free of security vulnerabilities. Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or consumer protection right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnParle and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EnParle and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your User Content, your misuse of the Service, your violation of another person’s rights, or your violation of applicable law.
26–30 General terms
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date, and for material changes we may provide additional notice through the Service, website, email, or another reasonable method. Your continued use of EnParle after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
Severability, no waiver & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of EnParle, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular feature or service.
