EnParle is a communication and social platform operated by Virgile Consulting, LLC, a Utah limited liability company. This page is EnParle’s publicly posted Child Safety Standards, provided in line with app-store child-safety and CSAE requirements, and is reachable at all times at enparle.com/child-safety.
Zero tolerance
EnParle strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form. Violating accounts are removed, offending content is destroyed from public view, and every confirmed case is reported to NCMEC and, where appropriate, law enforcement.
01 Purpose and zero-tolerance commitment
EnParle is deeply committed to the safety and well-being of all our users, particularly minors. We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This policy is designed to comply with applicable child-safety laws, Google Play’s Child Safety Standards, and the Apple App Store’s safety and age-verification requirements.
Our objective is to maintain a secure digital environment by proactively detecting, preventing, and reporting any instance of child exploitation on our platform.
02 Scope and definitions
This policy applies to all users of the EnParle app, regardless of location, and governs all content, communications, and interactions facilitated by our platform.
CSAEChild Sexual Abuse and ExploitationAny content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children — including grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion, human trafficking of a minor, or any other form of sexual endangerment.
CSAMChild Sexual Abuse MaterialAny visual depiction — including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, and AI-generated content — involving a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
03 Published standards against CSAE
EnParle explicitly prohibits any user from utilizing our network, app, or infrastructure to facilitate the abuse or exploitation of minors. The following are strictly forbidden on EnParle:
Uploading, storing, sharing, or promoting CSAM in any form
Using the app for grooming, solicitation, or any behavior that compromises the safety of a child
Distributing text, links, or media that advertise, encourage, or direct users to external platforms hosting CSAM or facilitating CSAE
Attempting to bypass age-verification systems or parental-control configurations
04 CSAM policy
Zero exceptions
EnParle does not permit CSAM under any circumstance, including content that is claimed to be fictional, AI-generated, or “art.” Suspected CSAM is treated with the highest severity in our moderation system.
Any content identified as CSAM is preserved only to the extent required for a NCMEC CyberTipline report and legitimate law-enforcement investigation, and is otherwise removed from EnParle’s public-facing systems immediately upon confirmation.
05 In-app reporting steps
Community vigilance is a vital part of child safety. EnParle provides a persistent, easily accessible in-app reporting mechanism so users can flag inappropriate content or behavior without leaving the application.
1Open the Report menuTap “Report” directly from any user profile, chat, call, or content post in the EnParle app.
2Select “Child Endangerment / CSAE”Choose this category to escalate the issue immediately to our specialized Trust & Safety team.
3Priority handlingReports flagged this way bypass standard moderation queues and are reviewed with the highest priority.
4Email us directlyIf you cannot access the app, or the matter is urgent, email safety@enparle.com with as much detail as possible.
06 Moderation and enforcement procedures
EnParle employs strict moderation protocols to safeguard our community and uphold our zero-tolerance mandate:
Immediate
Content removal
Any content identified as CSAM or related to CSAE is immediately and permanently removed from public view on EnParle.
Immediate
Account suspension
Any account found sharing, soliciting, or promoting CSAM or CSAE is immediately suspended pending review.
Enforced
Permanent ban
Confirmed violations result in a permanent ban from EnParle, with re-registration blocked where technically feasible.
Preserved
Evidence retention
Offending content is preserved as required by law to support criminal investigations, even after removal from public view.
07 NCMEC reporting & law enforcement cooperation
We actively cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection agencies globally. When CSAM or a severe CSAE violation is identified, EnParle reports the incident, the offending content, and identifying details of the responsible user to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline, as mandated under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
NCMEC works with international and local law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute offenders. EnParle complies fully with valid legal process and subpoenas to aid these investigations.

08 Age verification and parental consent
To comply with age-appropriateness standards and app-store accountability frameworks, EnParle enforces the following measures:
Accurate age categorization
EnParle utilizes the age information provided by a user’s Apple ID or Google Account during setup to deliver an experience consistent with our stated age ratings.
Parental controls integration
For minor users within a verified family group, EnParle respects the Apple Age Range for Apps API and Google Family Link configurations. If an account is designated as a child or young teen, parental consent controls must be authenticated prior to account creation or before certain app features are enabled.
09 Child Safety Point of Contact
To oversee compliance with this policy, manage escalations, and liaise with law enforcement, EnParle has designated a dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact within Virgile Consulting, LLC.
