Your data, handled the way we’d want ours handled.
This Privacy Policy explains what EnParle collects, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have — in plain language, not just legal boilerplate.
Virgile Consulting, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, operates EnParle and is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law. References to “EnParle,” “we,” “us,” and “our” throughout this policy mean Virgile Consulting, LLC.
By using EnParle, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.
01 Who we are

02 Information we collect
The information EnParle collects depends on the features you use.
2.1 Account information
When you create an EnParle account, we may collect your name or display name, email address, username, password credentials or authentication information, profile photograph, user ID, and account preferences — used to create and maintain your account, authenticate you, provide the service, and communicate with you about your account.
2.2 Messages and communications
When you use EnParle to communicate with other users, we may process text messages, voice messages (if enabled), photos, videos, files or other media you intentionally send, and information necessary to deliver messages. This is processed to provide the communication services you request.
2.3 Profile information
You may voluntarily provide profile information such as a profile photo, display name, username, biography, or other information you choose to make available through your profile. You control what profile information you provide, subject to the functionality of the service.
2.4 Device and technical information
We may automatically receive device type, operating system, application version, IP address, device identifiers where applicable, network information, crash and diagnostic information, and security and authentication information — used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve EnParle.
2.5 Usage information
We may collect information about how you interact with EnParle, such as features used, login activity, general application interactions, error information, and performance information — used to maintain reliability, detect abuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve the service.
03 Information we do not collect
EnParle does not intentionally collect information unrelated to providing its services. Unless a particular feature is introduced and clearly disclosed, EnParle does not intentionally collect:
If future features require additional categories of information, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable disclosures.
04 How we use information
We may use information to create and manage your account, authenticate users, deliver messages and notifications, provide communication features, store and deliver user-selected media, maintain and improve EnParle, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, spam, and security threats, respond to support requests, diagnose technical problems, protect users and the platform, comply with applicable law, and enforce our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
We do not use your personal information for purposes incompatible with those described in this Privacy Policy without appropriate notice.
06 User-generated content
EnParle allows users to create and share content, which may include messages, images, videos, audio, profile information, and other content submitted by users. Users are responsible for the content they choose to submit or share.
EnParle may process, review, restrict, remove, or retain user-generated content when necessary to operate the service, respond to reports, enforce our policies, prevent abuse, protect users, and comply with applicable law.
07 Blocking and reporting
EnParle provides tools allowing users to block or report other users or content. Information associated with reports may be processed to investigate violations of our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or applicable law. See our Child Safety Standards for how child-safety reports are prioritized and escalated.
08 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Depending on the type of information and service involved, security measures may include:
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
09 Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EnParle and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, whether your account remains active, legal requirements, security requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our agreements.
When information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it when reasonably practicable, subject to applicable legal and legitimate retention requirements.
10 Account and data deletion
You may request deletion of your EnParle account and associated personal data.

When an account deletion request is submitted, EnParle will process the request in accordance with applicable law and our data-retention requirements. Some information may be retained when legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations.
11 Children’s privacy
EnParle is not specifically directed toward children. Users should not use EnParle if they are not legally permitted to use the service under applicable laws. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where collection is not permitted, we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information to EnParle may contact us at privacy@enparle.com. For our full child-safety commitments, see the EnParle Child Safety Standards.
12 International data processing
Depending on the infrastructure and service providers used by EnParle, your information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, EnParle will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
13 Your privacy choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You may also manage certain information directly through your EnParle account.
To submit a privacy request, contact privacy@enparle.com.
14 Notifications
EnParle may send push notifications relating to new messages, account activity, security events, service notifications, and other communication features. You can generally control notifications through your device settings and, where available, through EnParle’s settings.
15 Third-party services and links
EnParle may rely on third-party infrastructure and software services to operate the application; those services may process limited information according to their role. The specific services used may change as the platform evolves, and our Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be maintained to reflect applicable data practices.
EnParle may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing personal information.
16 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the EnParle application, website, or another appropriate communication method.
