Delete your EnParle account and data.
You can request deletion of your EnParle account from inside the app, or right here from the web — you don’t need app access to submit this request.
EnParle is operated by Virgile Consulting, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, which is responsible for processing this request in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
01 Delete in the app
The fastest way to delete your account is inside EnParle itself:

02 Delete from the web
No app access, or prefer not to use it? Submit a deletion request here using the email address on your EnParle account. This is treated identically to an in-app request.
03 What deletion means
Once your request is verified and processed, we permanently delete or anonymize:
Deleting your account is different from simply disabling, deactivating, or logging out — those leave your data intact and recoverable. A deletion request removes it.
04 What we may retain
As described in our Privacy Policy, a narrow set of information may be retained after deletion when reasonably necessary for:
- Legal compliance (e.g. financial or tax record-keeping obligations)
- Security and fraud prevention
- Dispute resolution and enforcement of our agreements
- An active NCMEC report or law-enforcement investigation, where applicable under our Child Safety Standards
Anything retained under these exceptions is limited to what's necessary for that purpose and is not used to recreate your account or restore your profile.
